Violent Felon Convicted of Carjacking School Bus

 

BATON ROUGE, LA –United States Attorney Walt Green announced that JOCK R. JONES, 38, formerly of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was convicted of carjacking, using a firearm in furtherance of the carjacking, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Williston Man Sentenced for Possession of Firearms and Ammunition by a Convicted Felon

 

BISMARCK – U.S. Attorney Timothy Q. Purdon announced that on Feb. 23, 2015, Gabriel Lazaro Garcia-Hernandez, a/k/a Gabriel L. Garcia, 54, Williston, N.D., was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Daniel L. Hovland on a charge of possession of firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number. Garcia was convicted on October 29, 2014, by a federal jury.

BOSTON – A Springfield man was sentenced today in U.S. District Court for conspiring to illegally possess a firearm and ammunition and for conspiring to distribute cocaine.

ATF Charlotte: Rock Hill Gang Member Pleads Guilty to Federal Firearm and Ammunition Charge

Rock Hill Gang Member Pleads Guilty to Federal Firearm and Ammunition Charge

 

Columbia, South Carolina — United States Attorney Bill Nettles stated today that DeMario Ontrey Ware, age 26, of Rock Hill, South Carolina pled guilty today in federal court. Ware pled guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 922(g)(1), 924(a)(2), and 924(e). Senior United States District Judge Cameron McGowan Currie accepted the plea and will impose a sentence after she has reviewed the presentence report, which will be prepared by the U.S. Probation Office.
