Defendant found Guilty in Manhattan Federal Court in Connection with 1994 Murder of 16 Year-Old Girl

Preet Bharara, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Delano A. Reid, Special Agent in Charge of the New York Division of the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”), and William J. Bratton, the Police Commissioner of the City of New York (“NYPD”), announced that JOHNNY CEDEÑO was found guilty Monday of conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire, murder-for-hire, and murder in connection with a narcotics conspiracy for his role in the murder of a 16-year-old girl.

Bonne Terre, Missouri Man Sentenced on Multiple Drug & Weapons Charges

St. Louis, MO – Melvin J. Scherrer, 50, was sentenced to 360 months prison, on federal drug and weapons charges involving the distribution and manufacture of large amounts of methamphetamine from October 2010 to September 2013.  He appeared for sentencing before United States District Judge Catherine D. Perry.
