This position is located in the District Offices of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) located in New York City, NY. OFCCP was born out of historic civil rights legislation including President Lyndon Johnson's Executive Order 11246. Over the past 45 years, our authority was expanded by the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Vietnam Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974. Job Summary:
This position is located in the Philadelphia office of the Wage and Hour Division. The WHD enforces Federal minimum wage,overtime pay,record keeping, and child labor requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
