Please see below for the latest information. ATF Offers a Reward for the Arson of The Dollar Tree in Hollister HOLLISTER, Calif – Joseph M. Riehl, Special Agent in Charge, of the San Francisco Field Division, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) announced a reward up to the amount $3000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the arson of the Dollar Tree. On Dec 8, 2013, an incendiary fire occurred at the Dollar Tree, located at 560 Tres Pinos Rd., Hollister, CA. ATF was contacted by Hollister Police Department after the fire scene was determined to be a crime scene. It was discovered the safe in the office had a significant amount of money missing.

Please see below for the latest information. FARGO - U. S. Attorney Timothy Q. Purdon announced that on January 22, 2015, Darrell Ray Boggs, 38, Kason, Minn., was sentenced before U. S. District Judge Ralph R. Erickson to serve nine years in prison for possession of firearms and ammunition by a convicted felon. On April 25, 2014, following a strong-armed robbery committed by a juvenile male, Boggs drove a vehicle with the juvenile male as a passenger in a high speed chase out of Jamestown, North Dakota. The vehicle was initially pulled over, and as police officers approached the vehicle the driver, Boggs, fled, eventually driving on I- 94 westbound with speeds exceeding 90 mph. Read More

DALLAS — A Dallas businessman was sentenced today for intentionally setting fire to his business, announced John Parker, Acting U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas. Edgar Dalmiro Diaz, 56, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Jane J. Boyle to 60 months in federal prison and ordered to pay $1,508,533 in restitution. Diaz pleaded guilty in January 2014 to an indictment charging one count of malicious use of explosive materials. At the conclusion of today’s hearing, Judge Boyle remanded Diaz into federal custody. ATF Offers Up To $10K Reward in Arson Homicide Investigators Seek Public’s Help Solving Crime BATESVILLE, Miss. — Special Agent in Charge Phillip Durham of the New Orleans Field Division, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) today announced that ATF is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the death of Jessica Chambers that occurred on Dec. 6, 2014. “We all have a vested interest in arresting and bringing to justice the person(s) responsible for this heinous crime,” said Durham. “Arson is a crime of violence leaving physical and emotional scars that last a lifetime. Only those victims who have survived understand the sheer terror of being attacked by fire. Unfortunately, Jessica Chambers’ life was cut short, as she did not survive.” Read More
