In reference to The Elector "....one of whom, at least, shall not be
inhabitant of the same state with themselves...." to clearly see themselves
to Florida (Bush vs Gore or either Gore vs Bush) and California (Most
Numerous Electors) to 1804 ratified prior to 1808 is Foundation to to
Amendments 13 to 27th Amendments of The Bill of Rights of The United States
Constitution - in that "one" Elector is Neither from Sheriff required pre
1808 - in fact that The 12th Amendment "The Migration or Importation of
such Persons as any of the States now existing shall think proper to admit,
shall not be prohibited by Congress prior to the Year one thousand eight
hundred and eight" Article 1 Section 9 of The United States Constitution
and I from Maryland sign by James McHenry, Dan of St Thos. Jenifer, Danl
Carroll is my proof of "....not be an inhabitant of the same state...."
